Naima is complying with Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with a Consumer Guarantee, ensuring they are free from faults and match their online descriptions.

We hope you love your Naima purchase! However, if you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them.

Flat Rate Fee

We charge a flat rate of $10 AUD for all domestic online returns within Australia.

More information about returns

We accept returns for all products purchased online at NAIMA, except for the items listed below.

Refunds and online store credits are available for online purchases. Please note that we cannot facilitate exchanges at the moment.

Important: Retain your invoice or proof of purchase when returning your order.

Returns are accepted if:

  • You request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging and unworn. We can only accept returns of gift sets if all components and packaging are in their original, unused condition.
  • All items, including gift boxes, must be securely packaged when returned.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale Items: Refunds or credit notes are not offered for sale items marked down, unless the product is faulty, in which case a full refund will be provided (this excludes items purchased with a 10% welcome code or any discount/promo codes).
  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case a full refund will be provided.
  • Engraved Items: Engraved items are custom made for you so they considered final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers
  • Consumables

Please note that all returned items will be inspected at our Head Office in Melbourne. Acceptance for refund is at the discretion of NAIMA based on the conditions outlined above.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

You’ll receive updates at each stage of your order process through three email notifications:

  1. Confirmation of your order placement.
  2. Notification when your order is being prepared.
  3. Confirmation when your order has shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive your tracking number and link via email.

If you have a NAIMA account, you can also access your tracking information through your account dashboard.

Yes, we offer international shipping to the following countries:

Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United State

If a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If the re-delivery is also refused or the parcel remains unclaimed, it will be destroyed and abandoned by local authorities. Please note that there are no refunds for unclaimed or refused parcels.

If our team successfully returns the parcel, any return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund total.
