Our Quality Control team uses 10x magnification loops to carefully inspect the jewellery and stones, determining whether each piece meets our quality standards for approval or rejection. In the photo: Premium cut Pink Zirconia stones.

More information about our materials

All of our metals are recycled and refined to achieve 100% purity before being reused. While this adds an extra step in our production process, we choose this practice to minimise the global impact of mining on the environment.

All of our jewellery is made from sterling silver 925 as a base. To enhanced durability and provide colour options, each piece is thickly coated in 18K gold, known as 18K gold vermeil, available in both rose and yellow colour.

Additionally, the sterling silver 925 pieces are coated with rhodium, a high-value precious material, to minimise natural tarnishing.

Here are the list the stones we use in our products:

  • Cubic Zirconia: We exclusively use premium-quality, expertly cut cubic zirconia sourced from ethical partners who share our values. Chosen for its manmade origins in modern, clean working environments, cubic zirconia undergoes precise machine cutting, ensuring excellent dimensions and brilliance. This process eliminates health risks for workers in cutting and polishing facilities, while also allowing us to avoid supporting traditional mining practices associated with mined diamonds. Cubic Zirconia looks almost identical to diamonds.

  • Freshwater Pearls: Freshwater pearls are abundant in nature, and many ethical practices have been integrated into their farming operations. We choose to use these pearls for their natural beauty and the ethical sourcing methods that ensure sustainability. The cultivation of freshwater pearls employs responsible farming techniques that prioritise the welfare of both the environment and the communities involved. By selecting freshwater pearls, we celebrate their elegance and unique charm while supporting ethical practices that contribute to a sustainable industry.
