Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any orders placed after 1 pm will count towards the next business day’s packing list.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Once processed, your parcel will leave our warehouse with your choice of standard or express shipping carrier.
Please note, that during and after seasonal sales and promotional periods, orders may take an additional 3-7 business days to be dispatched.

- International Shipping : We offer international shipping to Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, The United States.

Duties and Taxes : For international orders, duties and taxes may be incurred upon package arrival, in addition to international shipping costs.
Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by country based on local regulations.
NAIMA is not liable for any delays caused by local customs or third-party delivery services. For Australian orders, GST is included in the retail price.

International Parcel Claim : If a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If the re-delivery is also refused or the parcel remains unclaimed, it will be destroyed and abandoned by local authorities.
As a result, there will be no refunds for unclaimed or refused parcels. If our team is able to return the parcel, any return costs that may occur will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund total.

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive updates on your order status at each step, including three email notifications:
- Confirmation when your order is placed.
- Notification when your order is being prepared.
- Confirmation when your order has shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number and link via email. If you have a NAIMA account, you can also access your tracking information through your account dashboard.
